Newry Junior Chamber
Formed in 2002 by the Senior Chamber to cater for the growing band of young influencers in the Newry and Mourne business network, JCI Newry has grown significantly since then.
Our members consist of young, local business people from both the employed and self-employed sectors and represent all aspects of business.
JCI Newry is dedicated to making a difference to business networks in the area and supporting the development of business leaders of the future. Our ethos is based on encouraging self-development in order to enhance our members’ business lives and their contribution to the local community.
Benefits of Membership
The Junior Chamber provides training and networking events for our members and helps them to develop their personal confidence and presentation skills through involvement in various events and organising committees.
We provide regular forums for networking and access to key business events hosted across the region through our links with the Newry Chamber of Commerce and Trade, Enterprising Women’s Network and Breakfast Network NI. We are also actively involved in supporting charities in the local community and many of our events raise funds for local concerns. Not forgetting our regular social nights to help our members get to know each other better!
