This March Think People Consulting will be bringing the highly successful, ILM accredited Engage programme for Leadership and Management to Newry.

This practical programme is perfect for line managers, project team leaders or anyone managing teams, across all sectors. It focuses on practical tools and the competencies for managing and implementing change and maximising employee performance.

The programme is an ILM Level 4 Certificate in Leadership & Management. The cost is normally £925 and is reduced to £465 through DEL funding. You will attend 3x1 and 1 x 1/2 day workshop and a review session.
