    About Me: Born and live in the district of Saval, I have a Bsc Hons in Accountancy from Queens University Belfast. My position in Clanrye Lighting & Electrical is Commercial Director which primarily involves managing cost, profit and inventory centres, continuous implementation of innovation measures and procedures and resource management.

    My main hobby of 5 years is competitive cycling where I road race 18 weeks of the calendar week in Dundalk’s Road League along with various other TT and Sportive race events. I am also a certified and licenced Range Officer of the NRA a member of NITSA, a local target shooting sports club.

    Studying my final exams with ACCA, I am due to fully qualify in 2017. My role within PKF-FPM as part of the accounts department means I am involved in all aspects of accounts preparations for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. I thoroughly enjoy the role of building up business relationships with both our Audit and Non- Audit clients.

    I have developed a wealth of experience in the audit of claims and I relish the opportunity of being able to meet with all varieties of businesses, developing my knowledge of many industries.

    Since starting with PKF-FPM, it has allowed me to see how much I enjoy the networking aspect of working for such an active firm in the local community and it just keeps continuing to grow. I am now a key member of PKF-FPM's Business Development, including PKF International interaction in the global marketing group. Most recently I have been elected as the Chairperson for the PKF UK & Ireland Sales & Marketing Group.  I also do all social media postings for the company and I am part of the awards application team. This diversified role has allowed me to have a strong relationship with my accounts clients but also have involvement all marketing and business decisions in the firm.

    I am currently a client manager with ITS new media Ltd and I work directly with over 300 companies throughout Ireland helping them manage their internet marketing strategy. 

    My day to day role involves working with clients and project managing the development and delivery of brochure and e-commerce websites, content management systems, e-mail marketing systems and other bespoke web apps. 

    I also helps manage and deliver search engine marketing and pay per click campaigns for my clients. 

    Before I became a Client Manager I worked as a web designer for several years within the busy production team with in ITS, where I was directly responsible for the design build and support of websites for ITS 700 clients. I have Degree in Interactive Multimedia Design from University of Ulster.

    Neil joined Wilson Nesbitt in 2006 having completed a degree in Law & Politics. During the property boom in 2006 and 2007 Neil worked as a risk manager in our busy residential conveyancing department handling sale, purchase and remortgage transactions. During his training contract with the firm Neil subsequently worked in commercial litigation where he was involved in a number of High Court and County Court cases.     I have worked closely with The Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust (KBRT) which aims to alleviate the financial hardship of bereaved families repatriating the bodies of loved ones who have died abroad in sudden or tragic circumstances back to Ireland. The Trust is soley funded by donations and fundraising and over the past year I have been able to use my own personal skill set to raise awareness and in turn a substantial amount of capital for the fund.
