I am a Chartered member of the Institute of Personnel Development. I am Company Secretary at MJM Group. I have experience in all areas of Personnel Management and specialise in Talent Management, workforce planning and Employee relations.
MJM Group was established by Brian McConville in 1983 as a family-owned joinery business, MJM has evolved into a leading international specialist in new build, refurbishment and fit-out services to the marine, commercial and private sectors.

Denise is a self-employed Digital Marketing Consultant and owner of Digital Den. She assists both individuals and companies to market themselves effectively online.
Her services include delivering Digital Audits, and developing Digital Strategies with an emphasis on Content Marketing, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Email Marketing and Social Media Marketing. Through implementation, her clients are able to increase their brand awareness, website traffic, consumer engagement, and ultimately improve lead generation and sales.
Denise provides digital marketing support to businesses on one-off projects and on a monthly retainer basis. She also provides mentors SMEs on various local authority business support programmes, and delivers digital marketing training workshops.
When she isn’t working she leads an active life. She is a keen runner, likes to sweat it out at body attack and circuit training sessions and is a volunteer youth leader. Denise would say that in her life, there's no time called spare time!
A little bit about what I do:
My role as marketing manager within CTS Projects is to raise our profile in the Northern Irish market. It is essential that our key stakeholders understand who we are, what our business stands for and why we are different from our competitors and what we can do for them.
I am actively engaged in a number of charities, representing the company through various fundraising/charity initiatives. We launched a corporate partnership with Ulster Wildlife Trust and we will be doing our bit to support them through various voluntary events. Additionally, 2016 is the year we celebrate 10 years in business and we have another huge corporate partnership to launch with Habitat for Humanity.
