Leading island based accountancy practice PKF-FPM Accountants have been shortlisted by Accountancy Age as one of the top ten firms in its 2015 Best Employer Survey. PKF-FPM is the first Northern Ireland firm to be shortlisted for the annual awards.
The 2015 Accountancy Age Best Employer Survey set out to identify and flag up the best accountancy firms to work for in the UK. The project is a joint effort between Accountancy Age and Best Companies Group, and is in its fifth year.
Employer and Employee surveys were completed, with the firms being judged on their working environment, training, remuneration and employee benefits package. The highest ranked practice will be revealed at the prestigious British Accountancy Awards Gala Awards Ceremony which will take place on 24 November at The Brewery in London.
